B.C. MANAGES OFF-ROAD VEHICLES
KAMLOOPS - Rules for off-road vehicle registration and licensing, helmet use, youth safety and environmental measures will be implemented over the next two years under a new off-road vehicle (ORV) management framework, announced Tourism, Culture and the Arts Minister Kevin Krueger today.
"We've heard much from ORV groups, the public, and other stakeholders, including the chief coroner and the Union of BC Municipalities on this topic," said Krueger. "There is a broad consensus that it is time for ORV regulations; we have a common vision and a solid blueprint for action."
THE RESPONSIBLE RECREATIONAL SNOWMOBILER IN THE BRITISH COLUMBIA BACKCOUNTRY
With the ever increasing demand on the backcountry resources in British Columbia it becomes ever more apparent that the Recreational Snowmobiler has come under more scrutiny, and is being subjected to more rules and regulations and restrictions, as each season passes.
In keeping with the ABC Snowmobile Clubs tradition of promoting family involvement in the sport of Recreational Snowmobiling, we are pleased to announce the formation of a partnership with the BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities in the development of programs and services dedicated to
"Giving Children Abilities"
We are hoping this will be a weekend event supported by all ABCSC members and member clubs, in a strong effort to raise much needed funding for
"BC's Children with Disabilities"

Contained within this area is critical Mountain Caribou Habitat, which is clearly identified through signage, and it is requested that these signs be strictly adhered to.
As this is "Private Property" access is limited to members of the Kokanee Country Snowmobile Club and their invited guests only.
ABCSC and the KCSC wish to extend their sincere thanks to Pluto Darkwoods for their kind consideration in issuing this license.
